We created our store so that Brazilians in Europe can always have close to them the flavors that remind them of family, childhood, and special moments.

In addition to curing homesickness, we want to share with the world the diversity and richness of Brazilian culture, bringing much more than products: we bring experiences, stories, and tradition.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Link Brazil platform, the customer declares to be aware of and agree with these Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as with the complementary Payment, Shipping, Refund, and Privacy policies.

The platform is available for individuals over 18 years of age or minors assisted by their legal guardians.

Use of the Platform

  • The customer undertakes to provide true and complete information.
  • It is prohibited to use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
  • Link Brazil may suspend or terminate accounts that fail to comply with these terms.

Products and Availability

  • All products are subject to stock availability.
  • Link Brazil reserves the right to correct errors in prices, descriptions, or images at any time.

Purchases and Payments

  • Payments are processed by the Shopify or PayPal gateway, as described in our Payment Policy.
  • The order will only be confirmed after payment approval.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery conditions follow the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
  • The customer is responsible for providing a correct and accessible address for delivery.

Returns and Refunds

  • The terms described in our Refund and Return Policy apply.

  • Link Brazil is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the platform or delays by third parties (e.g., carriers).
  • The company's maximum liability, in any case, will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the corresponding order.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the platform (images, texts, logos, recipes, and promotional materials) belongs to Link Brazil or its licensors and cannot be reproduced without authorization.

  • Link Brazil may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Changes come into effect on the date of their publication on our platform.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Spain.

Payment Policy

At Link Brazil, we use Shopify and PayPal as our payment gateway, ensuring practicality and security in all your purchases.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the main methods processed by Shopify and PayPal:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, among others).
  • Digital payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Other methods may be available depending on your region, always displayed at checkout.

Currency

All transactions are processed in euros (€). If you are purchasing from another country, your card issuer may apply exchange rates or additional fees, for which we are not responsible.

Installments

If installment payments are available, the options will be displayed at the time of payment, including the number of installments and possible charges. In the absence of this option, payments will be processed in full.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Link Brazil, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered quickly, securely, and transparently.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Times

  • We work with partner carriers such as CTT Express and Paack.
  • Peninsular Spain – Standard: Estimated delivery* within 48 business hours after order collection.
  • Peninsular Spain – Express: Estimated delivery* within 24 business hours after order collection.
  • Peninsular Spain – Free Shipping: Free shipping valid for orders from €39.90, exclusively for the Standard option.
  • Balearic Islands, Spain: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days after order collection.
  • Mainland Portugal: Estimated delivery within 2 to 5 business days after order collection.
Important Note on Timelines
*Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and begin after order collection. Variations may occur due to logistical, operational factors, weather conditions, or periods of high demand.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, according to the weight, volume, and destination of the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code by email to follow its delivery.

Delivery Responsibility

  • Please ensure you provide a complete and correct address. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect information.
  • If the carrier is unable to deliver due to the recipient's absence, new delivery attempts may incur additional charges.

Delays and Delivery Issues

  • In case of significant delays, please contact our customer support so we can intervene with the carrier.

Damage During Transit

If the order arrives damaged, please refuse delivery or photograph the damage and contact us immediately. We will assess the case and, if confirmed, arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund and Return Policy

At Link Brazil, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, or if there is a problem with your order, we offer the following policy in compliance with EU consumer protection laws.

Terms for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date they were received, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
  • Products must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

Items Not Accepted

  • Perishable products, such as food, beverages, or any items with a short shelf life.
  • Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact our customer support. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the items back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.

Partial Refunds

Items returned in a condition different from the original may have a proportional deduction from the value, according to the damage or use identified.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via customer support.

We will assess the problem and, if approved, will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us.
